I think the journey back from Rhyl deserves a page to itself – more for the photographs than anything else. About half-way through the journey we stop for a stretch and a bite to eat. The café is completely full – everyone is on the roads at Easter- so we sit in the garage shop area. Neil notices the rabbit ears and JJ buys them.
Drive to Ipswich where we drop Tom off and then head for home and four days r+r.
Neil’s thought for the day ‘I don’t understand women. Why do they buy those tiny knickers when they can get much bigger ones for the same money?’
Tom’s poem-Oral Hygiene –‘Toothbrushes as they are properly known, Are very rarely lent on loan.’
